Application
Evaluated by Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) in human placenta tissue sections.
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:100 dilution of this antibody detected MLL2 in human placenta tissue sections.
Tested Applications
Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected MLL2 in U2OS cells.
Affinity Binding Assay: A representative lot of this antibody bound MLL2 C-terminal peptide with a KD of 3.8 x 10-8 in an affinity binding assay.
Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected MLL2 in MOLM13 and HEK293 cell lysates. (Courtesy of Dr Shu-Ping Wang, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Academia Sinica, Taiwan).
