Application

This peptone from casein is a protein hydrolysate prepared with hydrochloric acid followed by neutralization with sodium hydroxide. The high availability of amino acids in their native form is advantageous in many culture media formulations. It is compatible for use in applications where salt tolerant organisms are used.
