Western blot: 1:1,000. The antibody recognizes the ~34 kD DARPP-32 protein phosphorylated at Thr75 protein in rat caudate lysate prepared from caudate slices that had been incubated in the absence and presence of okadaic acid. The labeling by the antibody to DARPP-32 Thr75 is markedly increased by the okadaic acid treatment.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg per mL BSA with 50% glycerol.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C to -80°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
