Application
OmniPur® BSA, Fraction V, Cold Alcohol Isolation has been used:
- as a blocking agent in immunofluorescence assay
- as a component of wash buffer in flow cytometric analysis
- as a component of anti-clumping buffer in ClpXP Dumbbell assay, motility assay and wet preparation to remove unbound beads and unbound substrate-DNA-biotin
Biochem/physiol Actions
