Application

Polymer dielectric grey for screen printing can be used for a variety of applications such as ink in the design of MRI receiving coils, organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and organic thin film transistors (OTFTs).

Screen Printing Equipment: semi-automatic, automatic.
Ink Screen Life: >3 hours
Screen Types: stainless steel, polyester mesh 156-325 tpi
  • Typical Drying Conditions: Dry at 80 °C for 30 minutes, or 130 °C for 10-15 minutes in a box oven
  • Suitable for Jet drying, infra-red and drying in high speed

Clean Up Solvent: ethoxy propanol or sericol
Substrate: polyester, PVC, polycarbonate, ceramic or alumina
