Phosphatidylethanolamine (Soy) USP reference standard for use in specified quality tests and assays.

Also used to prepare standard, and Phospholipids standard stock solution for the assay, and identification of Lecithin by Thin Layer Chromatography according to United States Pharmacopeia(USP)
