General description
The syringe adapter permits the withdrawal of calibration gas through a silicone rubber septum seal using a gas syringe. The adapter has a minimal interval volume and is equipped with an intentional leak at the septum to fully purge the adapter with calibration gas prior to filling the syringe. The adapter is constructed of chromium-plated brass. Maximum pressure 240 psi (16.9 kg/cm2). 1/8 inch NPT male fitting.
For use with Air Liquide′s Scotty Gas calibration standards supplied in the 14L and 48L cylinders. Additional septa may ordered using p/n 608010.

Other Notes
Syringe adaptor may be used for calibration purpose, in the measurement of equilibrium solubilities of low volatile substances, in carbon dioxide via coupling with a supercritical fluid chromatographic system(SFC).
