SGC probe under development. UNC6934 is a potent and selective antagonist of histone-lysine N-methyltransferase NSD2-PWWP1 domain (Nuclear Receptor Binding SET Domain Protein 2 PWWP1 domain). UNC6934 disrupts the NSD2-PWWP1 interaction with H3K36me2 nucleosomes in U2OS cells.
