General description

Blotting nylon provided on a roll is a standard item used in transfer of protein or nucleic acids during Western, Southern and Northern procedures. This membrane is positively charged nylon cast on a polyester support. It comes as a roll sized 0.2m x 3m, and can be cut to any size.

Application

Suitable for:
Protein transfer
Radioactive detection of blotted proteins and nucleic acids
Sensitive dot and slot blots of nucleic acids
for high-sensitive nucleic acid blotting, dot and lot blots. Particularly suitable for radioactive detection. Suitable for protein transfer and immunoblotting.
