General description

Rabbit polyclonal antibodies against purified Procollagen Type III amino-terminal peptide (PIIINP). Antibody shows less than 0.1% reactivity with human and bovine Collagen Types I and III by radioimmunoassay.

Specificity

Recognizes Human type III procollagen: 100%. Human collagen type III, human collagen type I, human collagen type IV, human procollagen type I, human fibronectin and mouse laminin: <0.1%.

Application

Anti-Procollagen Type III PIIINP Antibody detects level of Procollagen Type III PIIINP & has been published & validated for use in ELISA, IH, RIA.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:40 dilution for immunofluorescent staining of frozen human and bovine skin and liver tissues.
