Features and Benefits

Bis-dPEG®9-PFP ester is a homobifunctional dPEG® crosslinker which allows conjugation to two different moieties, each containing free amines. The single molecular weight dPEG® spacer (35.8 Å) provide precise distance control between conjugated moieties. 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorophenyl (PFP) ester is more reactive to amines than NHS ester and are more stable than NHS esters to hydrolysis.
