Biochem./physiol. Wirkung

Primäres Glucocorticoid im Sekret der Nebennierenrinde. Hat ein dreimal so hohes entzündungshemmendes Potential wie Corticosteron bei einem deutlich geringeren Potential zur Na²⁺-Retention.
