Allgemeine Beschreibung

Nitrate broth is used for the nitrate test. It can be used for bacteria like Enterobacteriaceae, Bacilli and Salmonella.

Empfohlenes Medium für den Nachweis Nitrat-reduzierender und Indol-produzierender Mikroorganismen.

Angaben zur Herstellung

Dissolve 9 g in 1 litre distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
